Administration/Organization: Organizing people, tasks, or events; organizing props, curriculum, or items for classrooms

Craftsmanship: Ability to creatively design or make items such as props or backgrounds; decorate classrooms or lobby for special events

Helps Team: Behind the scenes; prepare supplies and curriculum for our Sunday teachers; clean and restock teacher workroom/resource closets; set up/clean up crew for events
Weekend Opportunities

Hospitality Team: Making people feel welcome and connected; greet attending families to our services; run a computer check-in station; greet and register visiting families

Teaching: Communicate biblical truths through kid-level communication; teach a large group of children with a team of teachers; teach or apply Bible life situations in a small group of children

Shepherding: The ability to provide nurture, care, and guidance; be a small group leader (mentor) for 6-10 kids; care for babies in the nurseries; working as a buddy for a child with special needs

Helps Team: Behind the scenes; run sound system for kids services; run PowerPoint and projection units for kids services; classroom assistant who supports teachers with various activities

Creative Communication: Using drama, writing, and/or music to teach truth; be a part of a drama team that works with teaching teams; put together video/computer projects for presentations; worship team for kids services; photograph special events

Leadership: The ability to cast vision, motivate others, and provide direction
